CLEAR (NYSE: YOU) launched its Concierge Powered by CLEAR service at Miami International Airport, marking the first airport where the company's premium assistance service is available to all travelers rather than just CLEAR+ Members.
The service provides personalized assistance from curb to gate, including baggage support and terminal guidance. CLEAR Ambassadors offer on-ground support to help travelers navigate the airport during periods of high demand.
Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said the service aims to enhance convenience throughout the travel journey as the community prepares to welcome visitors for summer events including FIFA World Cup matches.
The concierge service builds on CLEAR's January launch of biometric eGates at Miami International Airport, where CLEAR+ Members can verify their identity and proceed to physical screening.
Kyle McLaughlin, EVP of Aviation at CLEAR, stated that airports serve as the first and last impression of a city, and the company aims to support Miami International Airport with a faster travel experience.
Pricing for the concierge service starts at $99 for departures and $199 for arrivals. Travelers do not need to be CLEAR+ Members to use the service at Miami International Airport.
CLEAR currently offers concierge services for CLEAR+ Members at 34 airports, with Miami International Airport being the only location where the service is available to all passengers.
The company reports having over 41 million members and operates a network of partners focused on secure identity verification and frictionless travel experiences.
