Wheels Up Experience Inc. (NYSE: UP) announced it achieved 74 days without flight cancellations in 2026 through May 22, surpassing the total number of zero cancellation days recorded for all of 2025.
The private aviation company reported 100% flight completion rates on each of the 74 days. Chief Executive Officer George Mattson stated the milestone demonstrates progress toward building what the company describes as the best-run private aviation company.
"Since day one, our mission has been to build the best-run private aviation company, and this latest proof point further demonstrates the progress we have made towards that goal," Mattson said in the company's announcement. "Having recently completed our fleet transition, we look forward to delivering even higher operational reliability."
Mattson attributed the performance to improvements in operational reliability, planning, communication, and decision-making across flight operations, maintenance, scheduling, and customer service teams.
The Atlanta-based company provides on-demand private aviation services through charter and membership programs. Wheels Up operates a fleet of aircraft and maintains a network of charter operators, with services accessible through its mobile application and website.
The company also offers cargo services and maintains a strategic partnership with Delta Air Lines for premium commercial travel benefits. The announcement follows what the company characterized as a fleet transition completion.
Information about the operational milestone was provided in a company press release statement issued May 22.
