Fate Therapeutics to present CAR T-cell therapy data at medical conferences

Fate Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: FATE) will present data from its CAR T-cell therapy programs at two upcoming medical conferences in May and June 2026, according to a company statement.
The San Diego-based biopharmaceutical company will showcase preliminary Phase 1 results for FT836, a MICA/B-targeted CAR T-cell therapy for solid tumors, at the American Society of Cancer Oncology Annual Meeting in Chicago from May 29 to June 2. The poster presentation is scheduled for May 30.
At the European Congress of Rheumatology in London from June 3-6, Fate Therapeutics will present data on two product candidates. FT819, an anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy for systemic lupus erythematosus, will be featured in a poster tour on June 4. The company will also present an oral presentation on FT839, a dual-CAR T-cell therapy targeting B and T cells in autoimmune diseases, on the same day.
FT819 is engineered from induced pluripotent stem cells and designed as an off-the-shelf treatment that can be stored in inventory for on-demand availability. The therapy received funding support from the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine under grant number CLIN2-16303.
Fate Therapeutics focuses on developing induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cellular immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The company's product platform creates engineered cell lines for manufacturing off-the-shelf cell products.
