After-hours movers:
Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) +4%: Keysight Technologies surged in extended trading after delivering a strong second-quarter earnings beat, reporting an EPS of $2.87 on $1.72 billion in revenue. The stock's momentum was further fueled by optimistic third-quarter guidance, projecting revenue between $1.73 billion and $1.75 billion alongside adjusted earnings well above analyst consensus.
CAVA Group (NYSE: CAVA) +6%: Shares of CAVA Group jumped after hours following a first-quarter revenue beat, generating $438.3 million compared to the $418.2 million consensus estimate. Investors also cheered an upward revision to the company's full-year 2026 outlook, which included increased projections for both same-restaurant sales growth and adjusted EBITDA.
Viavi Solutions (NASDAQ: VIAV) -5%: Viavi Solutions saw its stock slide following the announcement of a proposed $500 million underwritten public offering of its common stock. The company stated that the primary intent for the net proceeds is to repay the $450 million aggregate principal amount of its Term Loan B, with any remaining funds directed toward working capital.
Roblox (NYSE: RBLX) +4%: Roblox rose after it announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $3 billion of the company’s common stock with the intent to buy back up to $1 billion over the next twelve months.
Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) +1%: Shares ticked up 1% following a strong second-quarter performance, where earnings of $2.72 per share and revenue of $2.53 billion both outpaced Wall Street expectations. Spurred by this momentum, the luxury homebuilder also raised the lower end of its full-year delivery guidance to a new range of 10,400 to 10,700 homes.
