TTEC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC) announced that its TTEC Digital division has been selected for Salesforce's newly launched Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network. The designation recognizes companies with expertise in scaling Salesforce's Agentforce AI agent technology from pilot programs to production-ready solutions.
The Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network consists of firms that apply Salesforce's internal engineering standards and specialized training to help clients implement AI agent solutions in complex enterprise environments. The network addresses challenges organizations face when moving AI initiatives beyond experimental phases into operational deployment.
"Forward Deployed Engineering reflects how we already work with our customers — deeply embedded, accountable, and focused on outcomes," said Chris Brown, President of TTEC Digital. The company helps clients integrate AI agents into existing data structures, build compliance frameworks for regulated industries, and create system integrations across operational environments.
TTEC Digital's services within the network include technical integration for complex data structures, regulatory compliance hardening for industries with strict security requirements, and system orchestration through APIs and data pipelines. The company also provides managed services for ongoing optimization of Salesforce capabilities.
"The partner ecosystem is how we make our advantage tangible for customers trying to win in the agentic era," said Nick Johnston, SVP of Global Consulting Partners & Partner Sales at Salesforce. "This provides customers with the engineering depth and confidence needed to move from pilot to production and achieve business outcomes at scale."
The announcement was made in a press release statement from the Austin, Texas-based company.
