Logitech proposes dividend increase to CHF 1.36 per share for fiscal 2026

Logitech International (NASDAQ: LOGI) announced that its board of directors approved a proposal to increase the fiscal year 2026 cash dividend by CHF 0.10 to CHF 1.36 per share, up from CHF 1.26.
The proposed dividend increase requires shareholder approval at the company's 2026 Annual General Meeting. According to the press release, Logitech returned $768 million to shareholders in fiscal year 2026 through dividend payments and share repurchases.
The announcement was made as an ad hoc disclosure pursuant to Article 53 of the SIX Swiss Exchange listing rules. Logitech, founded in 1981, designs software-enabled hardware solutions for work, gaming and creative applications.
