VPG CFO William Clancy to retire at end of 2026

Vishay Precision Group Inc. (NYSE: VPG) announced that Chief Financial Officer William M. Clancy will retire effective December 31, 2026. The company's board of directors will conduct a search for his successor.
Clancy has spent 38 years at VPG and its predecessor company, serving in various senior financial leadership roles. He played a role in establishing VPG as an independent publicly traded company in 2010.
"Bill has been an integral part of our senior management team since we first became an independent public company in 2010," said CEO Ziv Shoshani in a statement.
Board Chair Saul Reibstein noted Clancy's commitment to customers, employees and stockholders throughout his tenure at the company.
VPG operates in the precision measurement and sensing technologies sector, providing sensors, weighing solutions and measurement systems to various markets.
The announcement was made in a press release statement from the Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania-based company.
