Polestar schedules annual meeting for June 26 in London

Polestar (NASDAQ: PSNY) announced its Annual General Meeting will take place in London on June 26, 2026, according to a company statement.

The Swedish electric vehicle manufacturer said the meeting will include votes on the re-appointment of all directors and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors.
