Super Micro Computer sales VP to retire, continue as consultant
Super Micro Computer, Inc. announced that Don Clegg, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, will retire effective May 15, 2026. Clegg informed the company of his retirement decision on May 12, 2026.
The company stated that Clegg's resignation does not result from any disagreement with the company regarding operations, policies or procedures. Following his departure, Clegg will continue providing services as a consultant under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
The consulting arrangement, effective May 16, 2026, spans six months with compensation of $19,450 per month. The agreement includes provisions for Clegg to act as a consultant to the company during this transition period.
Super Micro Computer expressed appreciation for Clegg's service and dedication to the organization. The consulting arrangement is designed to support a smooth transition following his retirement from the senior executive role.
