MediaAlpha adds Lauren StClair to board of directors

MediaAlpha, Inc. (NYSE: MAX) appointed Lauren StClair to its board of directors, effective May 15, 2026. StClair also joined the company's audit committee.
StClair currently serves as chief financial officer of Slice Technologies, Inc., a technology platform for independent pizzerias, a position she has held since March 2025. She previously worked as chief financial officer of NerdWallet, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRDS) for more than four years. Her earlier experience includes 13 years at eBay, Inc. in various senior finance roles.
StClair holds a bachelor's degree in Science, Technology and Society from Stanford University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
"Her track record leading finance and investor relations functions across multiple high-growth, publicly-traded technology companies will make her an exceptional addition to the Board," said Kathy Vrabeck, chair of MediaAlpha's board of directors.

MediaAlpha operates a customer acquisition platform for the insurance industry with more than 1,150 active partners. The company generated over 141 million consumer referrals in 2025 and powered $2.2 billion in advertising spend across various insurance categories.
