WTW names new growth leaders for Corporate Risk & Broking unit

WTW (NASDAQ: WTW) appointed two executives to leadership positions within its Corporate Risk & Broking North America division, according to a company statement.
Michael Butch joined as Growth Operations Leader for North America in a newly created role. He will oversee growth initiatives including pipeline development, proposal adoption and recruitment. Butch previously worked at Marsh as North American Sales Analytics and Insights Lead and brings over 20 years of experience in sales analytics and financial analysis.
Jim Blaney was named Growth Enablement Leader for North America, effective immediately. He will focus on providing teams with tools and capabilities for new business generation and client retention. Blaney previously served as Head of Sales and Client Management at WTW.
Both executives join Brian Hetherington, Strategic Growth Leader for North America, as part of the regional growth leadership team. The group reports to Paul Graziano, Chief Growth Officer for Willis.
"These appointments mark another step in building a stronger, more connected growth platform across North America," Graziano said in the statement.
The appointments are part of WTW's efforts to strengthen its growth operations across the Corporate Risk & Broking business in North America. Willis operates as a business unit within WTW, which provides risk management and advisory services.
