Volato Group reports $5.5 million cash balance at March 31
Volato Group Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) reported a pro-forma cash balance of $5.5 million as of March 31, 2026, equivalent to $0.14 per share. The pro-forma calculation includes cash raised in April through the company's ATM Prospectus Supplement filed on March 30, 2026.
The company filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026 on May 15, 2026, according to the press release.
Shareholders of both Volato and M2i Global (OTCQB: MTWO) have approved their proposed merger, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026 pending satisfaction of remaining closing conditions.
Volato operates as a technology company developing software and data solutions for business decision-making. The company's Parslee Document Intelligence platform works with large language models to process complex documents including contracts and SEC filings.
Through the proposed merger with M2i Global, Volato plans to expand into the critical minerals sector. M2i Global focuses on ensuring access to critical minerals and metals for national defense and economic security, aiming to establish a critical minerals reserve to address global shortages.
