Safe Pro receives additional US government contract modification

Safe Pro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAI) announced it received an additional subcontract modification from a U.S. government prime contractor to provide extended support for its AI Edge Processing solution.

The Aventura, Florida-based company delivered the AI Edge Processing solution in the first quarter under a previous $1,000,000 award. The new modification extends support for the system, though the company did not disclose the value of the additional contract.

Safe Pro develops artificial intelligence-enabled defense, security, and situational awareness solutions. The company specializes in drone imagery processing and uses machine learning and computer vision technology to identify explosive threats.

The company's platform operates on Amazon Web Services and targets commercial, government, law enforcement and humanitarian sectors through its Safe Pro AI software, Safe-Pro USA protective gear and Airborne Response drone-based services.
