Castellum schedules annual shareholder meeting for May 19

Castellum Inc. (NYSE-American: CTM) announced its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will take place on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The Vienna, Virginia-based cybersecurity and software services company said stockholders of record as of March 20, 2026, are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.
