Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) signed a memorandum of understanding with Taiwan-based CHELPIS Quantum Corporation to integrate post-quantum cryptography into Gorilla's software-defined wide area network platform.
The collaboration advances Gorilla's quantum-safe SD-WAN initiative from architectural design to commercial deployment, with the solution targeted for availability in April 2026. Under the agreement, Gorilla will integrate CHELPIS's CPQC SDK, which features NIST Cryptographic Algorithm Validation Program-validated implementations of FIPS 203, FIPS 204 and FIPS 205.
Gorilla gains global resale rights to CHELPIS's post-quantum cryptography portfolio, including PQScan, PQTunnel, PQRP, PQStorage and CPQC. The companies will establish joint marketing and coordinated sales engagement to facilitate adoption of quantum-resilient solutions across Gorilla's customer base.
The companies cited industry analyst estimates that the global post-quantum cryptography market could exceed $10 billion by the early 2030s, growing at more than 35% annually. The global SD-WAN market is estimated at $8 billion to $10 billion currently and projected to exceed $30 billion by 2030.
"This collaboration moves our post-quantum strategy into a far more practical phase," said Dr. Rajesh Natarajan, Chief Technology Officer of Gorilla Technology. "It is about embedding that capability into the product and making it actionable for customers."
Ming Chih, CEO of CHELPIS Quantum Corporation, said the integration aligns offerings with international security standards. CHELPIS achieved NIST CAVP validation for FIPS 203, 204, and 205 in early 2026.
Gorilla expects quantum-safe capabilities to become a premium feature within SD-WAN deployments, particularly in regulated sectors, with higher contract values and longer-term customer commitments. The integration enables offering solutions spanning secure connectivity, encrypted communications, transport protection and data storage resilience.
