Strive to begin daily dividends on preferred stock at 13% rate

Strive, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASST, SATA) announced it will pay dividends on its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock daily starting June 16, 2026. The company maintained the annual dividend rate at 13.00% for monthly periods beginning May 16, 2026.
The company reported acquiring 6,001 bitcoin during the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, including 5,048 bitcoin from the acquisition of Semler Scientific, Inc. and 953 bitcoin from market purchases. Strive acquired an additional 1,381 bitcoin from April 1 through May 12, 2026, bringing total bitcoin holdings to 15,009.
For the first quarter 2026, Strive reported a net loss of $265.9 million, with $295.8 million attributed to fair market value decreases in bitcoin holdings. The company completed a public offering of 1,320,000 shares of preferred stock at $90.00 per share, generating net proceeds of approximately $109.3 million.
The company repurchased all remaining long-term debt during the period from April 1 to May 12, 2026, leaving Strive debt-free as of May 12, 2026. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $87.6 million as of May 12, with the company holding 63,211,995 Class A common shares and 9,870,636 Class B common shares outstanding.
According to the press release, Strive completed the acquisition of Semler Scientific in an all-stock transaction. The company intends to monetize the business while maintaining focus on its bitcoin accumulation strategy.
