Boyd Group elects nine directors at annual meeting

Boyd Group Services Inc. (NYSE: BGSI) announced that nine director nominees were elected at its annual general meeting held May 13, 2026.

The Winnipeg-based company reported voting results showing all nominees received majority support from shareholders. Robert Espey received the highest approval rate at 99.39% of votes cast, while Brock Bulbuck received the lowest at 90.00%.

The elected directors include David Brown, Brock Bulbuck, Robert Espey, Christine Feuell, John Hartmann, Brian Kaner, Violet Konkle, William Onuwa, and Sally Savoia. Vote totals ranged from approximately 21.8 million to 24.1 million shares in favor of each nominee.

Boyd Group operates collision repair centers across North America under brands including Boyd Autobody & Glass in Canada and Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States. The company also provides auto glass services and operates third-party administrative services through various subsidiaries.

Complete voting results from the annual meeting will be filed with securities regulators through SEDAR+ and EDGAR systems, according to the company's statement.
