Bird Construction shareholders re-elect all 10 board directors

Bird Construction Inc. (TSX: BDT) announced that shareholders re-elected all 10 nominated directors to the company's board at its annual general meeting held May 13, 2026, according to a press release.

The directors elected include Evelyn Angelle, J. Richard Bird, Steven L. Edwards, J. Kim Fennell, Jennifer F. Koury, Terrance L. McKibbon, Gary Merasty, Luc J. Messier, Paul R. Raboud, and Sophia Saeed. Each will serve until the next annual shareholder meeting or until successors are elected or appointed.

Voting results showed strong shareholder support, with approval rates ranging from 93.44% to 99.79%. Terrance L. McKibbon received the highest support at 99.79%, while Luc J. Messier received the lowest at 93.44%. All other directors received approval rates above 94%.

The Mississauga, Ontario-based construction company stated that complete voting results for all matters addressed at the annual meeting have been posted on the company's SEDAR+ profile. The nominees were originally listed in the management information circular dated March 24, 2026.

Bird Construction operates across Canada providing construction services to industrial, buildings, and infrastructure markets.
