GFL Environmental shareholders elect all director nominees

GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE: GFL) (TSX: GFL) announced that shareholders voted in favor of all items of business at its annual and special meeting held virtually on May 13, 2026.
All eight director nominees were elected to the board. Patrick Dovigi received the highest support with 94.37% of votes cast in favor, while Paolo Notarnicola received the lowest support at 67.04%. The other elected directors were Dino Chiesa (70.84%), Sandra Levy (71.35%), Jessica McDonald (71.35%), Arun Nayar (71.35%), Violet Konkle (97.32%), and Ven Poole (97.31%).
The company stated that complete voting results on all matters will be filed on SEDAR+ and EDGAR regulatory databases.
GFL Environmental operates as a diversified environmental services company in North America, providing solid waste management services from facilities throughout Canada and 18 U.S. states. The company employs more than 15,000 people across its organization.
