Urban Outfitters partners with DoorDash for on-demand delivery

Urban Outfitters has announced a nationwide partnership with DoorDash (NASDAQ: DASH) to offer on-demand delivery of its fashion, accessories, beauty, and lifestyle products. The collaboration allows customers to shop Urban Outfitters' merchandise directly through the DoorDash app.
The partnership launches with a promotional campaign called "Deliver Joy," which includes experiential activations and exclusive offers. Eligible customers can receive 30% off orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, up to $30 off, through May 27 using promo code URBANSAVE30.
"At UO, we want to stay in sync with how our customers shop, and live their lives," said Urban Outfitters President Shea Jensen. "We are excited to partner with DoorDash, and our hope is that UO is more accessible and available to our customers."
The partnership coincides with graduation season and builds on Urban Outfitters' "Special Delivery" initiative, which began in 2025 when the company responded to graduation invitations with curated deliveries. The program continues this year through the DoorDash collaboration.
Urban Outfitters operates over 200 stores across the United States, Canada, and Europe. DoorDash, founded in 2013, operates in more than 40 countries and combines delivery services with local commerce platforms.
Customers can access Urban Outfitters products through the DoorDash app starting May 13. The promotional offer runs through May 27, 2026, according to the company's press release.
