Alight Inc. (NYSE: ALIT) announced the addition of Cylinder Health and Leap to its partner network, expanding access to specialized health solutions for employer clients.
The benefits administration provider stated that the partnerships will enable clients to access digestive health and infusion therapy services through their existing Alight relationship. The company serves over 30 million people through employee benefits administration.
Cylinder Health provides virtual digestive health care across gastrointestinal conditions, nutrition and behavioral health. The company reports serving more than 150,000 patients across all 50 states and works with employers to reduce digestive health costs through earlier intervention and coordinated care.
Leap offers infusion therapy services for self-funded employers, providing specialty drug treatments in home settings and infusion centers. The company coordinates care and manages complex treatments while providing transparent drug pricing without markups.
"By welcoming Cylinder and Leap to the Alight Partner Network, we are enhancing our ability to deliver innovative, high-impact health solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and their employees," said Jessica Borchik, senior vice president of partner strategy and sales at Alight.
Ryan Sloan, chief commercial officer at Cylinder, noted that gastrointestinal conditions represent significant cost drivers for employers. Rob LaHayne, cofounder and chief commercial officer at Leap, said specialty infusion has become one of the fastest-growing drivers of self-funded employer healthcare spending.
The Alight Partner Network provides employers with access to health, wealth and leave management solutions through a single platform. The information was disclosed in a company press release.
