Aon plc (NYSE: AON) announced the global expansion of its Claims Copilot platform across North America, Asia Pacific and several EMEA countries. The platform integrates claims data and analytics into a single claims management system.
The expansion follows a pilot program launched in November 2025. The platform now serves Aon's 1,800 claims professionals operating in more than 50 countries across over 20 product lines.
Claims Copilot provides real-time dashboards for claims trends and portfolio performance, carrier performance evaluation tools, secure digital access for clients to track claim progress, and process automation features. The system consolidates a substantial portion of Aon's global claims management information onto one technology platform.
"Aon Claims Copilot represents our continued commitment to deliver better information, advice and solutions to clients through technology," said Joe Peiser, CEO of Risk Capital at Aon. "By integrating these capabilities into how we manage claims, we are equipping our colleagues to deliver more consistent outcomes, identify trends earlier and help clients make better decisions across their risk and capital strategies."
The platform enables clients to access information throughout the claims lifecycle, from advocacy and negotiation to analytics and resolution. Mona Barnes, Global Chief Claims Officer for Commercial Risk at Aon, stated that the platform provides clients with "enhanced visibility and control over their claims."
Aon plans to continue expanding Claims Copilot to additional EMEA and Latin American markets in the coming months. The platform is part of Aon's broader investment in data and analytics capabilities, which includes Aon Broker Copilot and the company's Risk Analyzers and Diagnostics tools.
