Arteris CFO Nick Hawkins to retire in August 2026

Arteris Inc. (NASDAQ: AIP) announced that Chief Financial Officer Nick Hawkins will retire effective August 31, 2026, according to a company statement.
Hawkins notified the company of his retirement decision on May 8, 2026. The company said his retirement is due to a family illness and is not related to any disagreement with Arteris or its independent registered public accountants regarding financial statements, operations, policies or practices.
Hawkins will continue to serve as an advisor to the company after his retirement date to help with the transition process.
The company's board of directors has begun a search for a new chief financial officer to replace Hawkins.
