Pulse Biosciences co-chairmen buy $13.3 million in company stock

Pulse Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: PLSE) announced that its co-chairmen purchased approximately $13.3 million worth of company stock through its at-the-market equity offering program.
Robert Duggan and Chief Executive Officer Paul LaViolette acquired 675,233 shares of common stock during the company's designated trading window, according to a press release statement.
Pulse Biosciences develops nPulse technology using nanosecond pulsed field ablation energy for medical applications. The company is pursuing development of its technology for treating atrial fibrillation and other medical markets.
The purchases were completed through the company's ATM program, which allows for the sale of shares directly into the market at prevailing prices.
