Astrana Health CMO Dinesh Kumar to resign June 1

Astrana Health Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTH) announced that Chief Medical Officer Dinesh Kumar, M.D., will resign from his position effective June 1, 2026.

Kumar notified the company of his intention to resign on May 7, 2026, according to a company statement. The resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the company.

The company thanked Kumar for his contributions and wished him well in future endeavors. No replacement has been announced.
