Houlihan Lokey hires Eric Crowley as managing director in San Francisco

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE: HLI) announced that Eric Crowley has joined the investment bank as a Managing Director in its Global Technology Group, based in San Francisco.
Crowley will focus on consumer subscription software, consumer technology and ad-tech sectors for the firm. He brings more than a decade of investment banking and operating experience advising founders, executives and investors.
At GP Bullhound, Crowley led the Consumer Technology practice and advised on transactions including the sale of Runna to Strava, Bliss Point to Tinuiti, and Alltrails to Spectrum Equity. He also worked on capital markets transactions including Flo Health's funding round from General Atlantic.
Prior to GP Bullhound, Crowley held positions at Lazard and Antares Capital, where he executed middle-market M&A and debt transactions totaling more than $2 billion.
"Eric has a strong history of supporting innovative technology companies and earning the confidence of both founders and investors," said Sascha Pfeiffer, Global Head of Technology at Houlihan Lokey.
The company stated its Technology Group was ranked as the top technology M&A advisory team globally according to LSEG data, excluding accounting firms and brokers. The group has nearly 150 finance professionals and more than 25 managing directors.
