ROE Dental Laboratory has purchased additional NextDent 300 3D printers from 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) to expand its digital denture manufacturing capacity across multiple locations. The dental laboratory becomes the first in the United States to deploy an extensive fleet of the jetted-denture printing systems.
The expansion enables ROE to triple its production capacity for multi-material monolithic dentures using the NextDent Jetted Denture Solution. The system produces dentures with base and teeth components in a single print using two specialized materials.
The NextDent 300 printer uses NextDent Jet Base material in four shades and NextDent Jet Teeth material for rigid, wear-resistant teeth components. The technology aims to replace traditional denture manufacturing processes with digital workflows.
"The NextDent 300 has exceeded our expectations in production efficiency, dentist acceptance, and patient satisfaction," said BJ Kowalski, CEO of ROE Dental Laboratory. "Adding more systems at this early stage allows us to triple output while maintaining the high standards of quality and consistency."
3D Systems launched the NextDent 300 system in fall 2025. The company states the combined addressable market exceeds 60 million edentulous patients in the United States and European Union with regulatory approvals in place.
"ROE's rapid expansion of NextDent 300 systems is powerful validation of our Jetted Denture Solution," said Jeff Graves, President and CEO of 3D Systems. "This technology is transforming denture production from a craft into a scalable, profitable digital workflow."
The information comes from a company press release issued by 3D Systems.
