Digi Power X Inc. (NASDAQ: DGXX) announced it has increased its at-the-market equity offering program by $100 million to $175 million total. The AI data center infrastructure operator filed a prospectus supplement on May 8, 2026, to expand the program established with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners.
The company may sell subordinate voting shares through the program in transactions on the Nasdaq Capital Market at prevailing market prices. Sales will not occur in Canada or through Canadian exchanges. Either party may terminate the program at any time.
Digi Power X plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including funding operations, working capital, completing construction on Tier 3 data center facilities, repaying debt, and potential acquisitions to expand power infrastructure capacity and build out its AI and high-performance computing network.
The company operates a portfolio of power assets and data center capacity across Alabama, New York, and North Carolina, with approximately 400 MW of secured power. Its NeoCloudz platform provides GPU-as-a-Service on dedicated NVIDIA infrastructure.
The original at-the-market program was previously announced, with updates provided in press releases dated May 30, 2025, November 18, 2025, and April 9, 2026. The prospectus supplement is available on the SEC's EDGAR website.
