Vistance Networks stockholders approve proxy proposals at annual meeting

Vistance Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: VISN) stockholders approved five proxy proposals at the company's annual meeting, according to a company statement.
The Richardson, Texas-based network solutions provider said stockholders re-elected eight directors for terms ending at the 2027 annual meeting: Stephen C. Gray, L. William Krause, Joanne M. Maguire, Thomas J. Manning, Derrick A. Roman, Charles L. Treadway, Claudius E. Watts IV and Timothy T. Yates.
Stockholders also ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the 2026 fiscal year.
On a non-binding advisory basis, stockholders approved the compensation of the company's named executive officers and set the frequency for future advisory votes on executive compensation to occur annually.
The stockholders additionally approved additional shares under the company's 2019 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
