Investing.com -- Adidas stands to receive a refund of €300 million ($335 million) in U.S. tariffs following a Supreme Court ruling that struck down emergency levies imposed by the government, CEO Bjorn Gulden said Thursday.
Speaking at the company’s annual shareholder meeting, Gulden said the sportswear maker has not yet recorded the potential refund in its accounts but indicated a strong likelihood of receiving the funds.
"We haven’t booked it yet, but there’s a very good chance it will happen," Gulden told shareholders in German.
