Eightco Holdings reports $333 million in total assets across digital holdings

Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) disclosed its treasury composition totaling approximately $333 million as of May 5, 2026, according to a company statement.

The holdings include a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through special purpose vehicles, representing 27% of treasury assets. The company also holds $25 million in Beast Industries equity, with $18 million funded and $7 million in future commitments.

Digital assets comprise a significant portion of the portfolio, with 283,452,700 Worldcoin (WLD) tokens valued at $0.25 per token and 11,068 Ethereum (ETH). The company maintains approximately $121 million in cash and stablecoins. Eightco claims to hold the largest publicly disclosed institutional position in WLD tokens, representing approximately 8.53% of circulating supply.

The company cited data showing increased non-human activity across internet platforms, including 75% of Polymarket trading volume, 53% of web traffic, and 47% of emails. This data was compiled by Fundstrat, according to the statement.

Eightco's portfolio focuses on artificial intelligence, digital identity, and creator economy investments. Beast Industries operates media properties with over 500 million combined followers across platforms, anchored by MrBeast's YouTube presence.

The Worldcoin network, co-founded by Sam Altman and Alex Blania, uses biometric verification devices called Orbs to issue privacy-preserving World IDs that verify human users versus AI agents.

Kevin O'Donnell serves as CEO of Eightco Holdings. The company's board includes Tom Lee from Fundstrat and Brett Winton from ARK Invest as an advisor.
