NICE reports 10% revenue growth in Q1 2026

NICE Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE) reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $768.6 million, representing a 10% increase from the same period in 2025. The company's cloud revenue segment grew 14.6% year-over-year to $603.4 million.
The software company posted GAAP net income of $46.8 million, or $0.77 per diluted share, compared to $129.3 million, or $2.01 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025. On a non-GAAP basis, net income was $160.1 million, or $2.64 per diluted share, versus $185.0 million, or $2.87 per diluted share, in the prior-year period.
NICE's artificial intelligence annual recurring revenue increased 66% year-over-year in the quarter. The company reported that AI was included in 100% of its CXone enterprise deals during the period. International markets showed 30% revenue growth.
The company completed $253 million in share repurchases during the quarter and generated $179.2 million in operating cash flow. As of March 31, 2026, NICE held $304.1 million in cash and cash equivalents with no outstanding debt.
For the second quarter of 2026, NICE expects non-GAAP revenue between $761 million and $771 million, representing 5.5% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. The company raised its full-year 2026 non-GAAP earnings per share guidance to a range of $10.98 to $11.18, while reiterating its revenue guidance of $3.17 billion to $3.19 billion.
