Primoris Services (PRIM) Misses Q1 EPS by 26c, provides guidance

Primoris Services (NYSE: PRIM) reported Q1 EPS of $0.59, $0.26 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.56 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.73 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Primoris Services sees FY2026 EPS of $4.80-$5.00, versus the consensus of $5.93 and Adjusted EBITDA for the full year 2026 is expected to range from $480.0 to $500.0 million.

The Company is targeting SG&A expenses as a percentage of revenue in the mid-to-high 5% range for full year 2026. The Company’s targeted gross margins by segment are as follows: Utilities in the range of 10 to 12%; Energy in the range of 9 to 11%.
