DigitalOcean (DOCN) Tops Q1 EPS by 18c ; Offers Guidance

DigitalOcean (NYSE: DOCN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.44, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $258 million versus the consensus estimate of $249.68 million.

GUIDANCE:

DigitalOcean sees Q2 2026 EPS of $0.20-$0.23, versus the consensus of $0.23. DigitalOcean sees Q2 2026 revenue of $272-274 million, versus the consensus of $260.9 million.

DigitalOcean sees FY2026 EPS of $1.10-$1.20, versus the consensus of $0.99. DigitalOcean sees FY2026 revenue of $1.13-1.14 billion, versus the consensus of $1.43 billion.
