General Mills director Steve Odland to step down after 20 years

General Mills Inc. (NYSE: GIS) announced that Steve Odland will not seek reelection to the company's board of directors at the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders in September.
Odland informed the company on May 4, 2026, of his decision after more than 20 years of service on the board. He will continue serving as a director through the remainder of his current term, according to a company statement.
