Faraday Future ships 46 robots in April, launches university partnership

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) reported that its robotics division shipped 46 units in April, bringing total cumulative sales and shipments to 68 units since March. The company targets reaching 200 units by the end of June.
The California-based electric vehicle and robotics company announced the launch of the BIBS-FF AI and Robotics Institute in partnership with Boston International Business School in Omaha. The institute represents the company's first university partnership for its robotics education program in the United States.
April deliveries included business-to-consumer sales to customers such as Falrano and business-to-business education sales to Triple I and Boston International Business School. The company describes these customers as development partners working on industry applications.
Faraday Future hosted a robotics class for K-12 students in partnership with BrainBuilders STEM Education, drawing over 30 students and parents. The company stated it is exploring collaboration opportunities with UCLA, where faculty and students have expressed interest in its products.
The company operates in both electric vehicles and robotics. Its flagship vehicle, the FF 91, began deliveries in 2023. A second vehicle model, the Super One, is planned for delivery in 2026.
Co-CEO YT Jia mentioned that executive Jerry Wang will attend the Global Family Office Investment Summit in Miami to engage with investment institutions regarding potential partnerships.
