Raytheon awarded $441.6 million for Patriot missile production

Investing.com -- Raytheon (NYSE: RTX) received a $441.6 million contract modification from the U.S. Department of War for the procurement of Patriot GEM-T missiles in support of Operation Epic Fury.
The modification, designated P00026 to contract W31P4Q-23-C-0036, brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $441.6 million. The contract was awarded on Thursday.
Work under the contract will be performed in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2026. The full contract amount of $441.6 million was obligated at the time of the award using fiscal 2026 special funds.
Army Contracting Command, Aviation Logistics, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, serves as the contracting activity for the procurement. Raytheon is based in Andover, Massachusetts.
