Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) announced changes to its revenue reporting structure for fiscal year 2027, according to a company presentation released today. The software company will reorganize its revenue disclosures into two primary categories: Agentforce Apps and Data 360, Platform & Other.
The restructuring reflects what Salesforce describes as the evolution of its product architecture to support what it calls the "Agentic Enterprise," with its Agentforce technology integrated across applications powered by its Data 360 platform.
To maintain year-over-year comparability, Salesforce stated it will provide recast disaggregated revenue figures for fiscal years 2025 and 2026 under the new reporting structure.
The company noted that customer service cases on its help.salesforce.com platform are currently handled by both automated agents and human representatives. Salesforce indicated this approach represents its vision for future customer interactions across enterprise operations.
The investor presentation containing the revenue reporting updates is available on the company's investor relations website.
