Core Natural Resources elects Doheny and Keating to board

Core Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CNR) announced that Edward L. Doheny II and Ronald C. Keating have been elected to its board of directors. The elections took place at Core's Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on April 30, 2026.
Keating currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Excelitas Technologies Corp., a provider of industrial technologies and precision instrumentation. Previously, he held CEO positions at Evoqua Water Technologies and Contech Engineered Solutions Inc. He also served in senior executive roles at Kennametal Inc. and held management positions at Ingersoll-Rand Inc. Keating holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
Doheny currently works as a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group. His prior experience includes serving as president and CEO of Sealed Air, a packaging company, and president and CEO of Joy Global, a mining equipment manufacturer acquired by Komatsu America Corp. in 2017. He spent 21 years at Ingersoll-Rand Corporation in leadership positions across the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific. Doheny earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in Business from Purdue University.
Core Natural Resources was formed in January 2025 through the merger of CONSOL Energy and Arch Resources. The company operates coal mines and export terminals, producing metallurgical and thermal coals for global markets. The company is based in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
