OneSpan Inc. (OSPN) Tops Q1 EPS by 10c, provides guidance

OneSpan Inc. (NASDAQ: OSPN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $61.21 million.

GUIDANCE:

OneSpan Inc. sees FY2026 revenue of $244-249 million, versus the consensus of $246.3 million.
Software and services revenue to be in the range of $201 million to $204 million.
Hardware revenue to be in the range of $43 million to $45 million.
ARR to be in the range of $194 million to $198 million, as compared to its previous guidance range of $192 million to $196 million.
Adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $64 million to $68 million.
