Entegris names Sukhi Nagesh as chief financial officer

Entegris Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTG) announced the appointment of Sukhi Nagesh as chief financial officer, effective May 18, 2026.
Nagesh brings nearly 30 years of experience in finance, investor relations, and corporate strategy roles at semiconductor and technology companies. He currently serves as Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Nielsen, where he leads merger and acquisition strategy and execution.
Previously, Nagesh held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations at GlobalFoundries, where he supported the company's initial public offering and managed investor communications. He also served in leadership roles at Marvell Technology and held engineering and management positions at Applied Materials, Brooks Automation and Asyst Technologies.
"His industry experience and track record of disciplined execution and value creation will be instrumental as we continue to drive operational excellence," said Dave Reeder, Entegris' president and chief executive officer.
Mike Sauer, who has served as interim CFO since March 1, 2026, will continue in his role as vice president and chief accounting officer.
Entegris supplies advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and other high-technology industries. The company has approximately 7,700 employees and operates manufacturing, customer service and research facilities in the United States, Canada, China, Germany, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan.
