Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

WESTMINSTER, Colo., April 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ball Corporation's (NYSE: BALL) board of directors (the "Board") today declared a cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable June 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2026.

Conference Call Details 
Ball will announce its first quarter 2026 earnings on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 before trading begins on the New York Stock Exchange. At 6:30 a.m. Mountain Time on that day (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time), Ball will hold its regular quarterly conference call on the company's results and performance.
