ARRAY Technologies names Charlie Wickersham technology chief

ARRAY Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY) appointed Charlie Wickersham as Senior Vice President of Technology, the solar tracking technology company announced.
Wickersham will lead ARRAY's technology strategy and oversee development of solar solutions. His responsibilities include managing the company's technology roadmap and driving innovation across hardware and software products, including tracker systems and SmartTrack software.
The executive joins ARRAY from First Solar, where he worked for nearly 15 years in engineering and process development roles. He most recently served as Head of Solar Module Development, leading product innovation and overseeing engineering teams focused on technology advancement.
"Charlie brings a valuable combination of deep technical expertise, proven leadership, and a clear vision for innovation," said Kevin G. Hostetler, Chief Executive Officer at ARRAY.
At ARRAY, Wickersham will collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align technology development with the company's growth strategy. His role encompasses both hardware development for tracker systems and software products designed to optimize energy production for utility-scale solar sites.
Wickersham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Ohio State University and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in physics and molecular biology at UC Berkeley.
ARRAY Technologies provides solar tracking technology and fixed-tilt systems to utility-scale and distributed generation customers. The company is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
