Americore Resources announces $3 million private placement offering
Americore Resources Corp. (TSXV: AMCO) (FSE: 5GP) (OTCQB: AMCOF) announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 6 million units at $0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $3 million.
Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional shares at $0.80 each for 24 months from issuance. The warrants include an acceleration provision that allows the company to shorten the expiry period to 30 days if shares trade at or above $1.00 for 20 consecutive trading days.

Americore stated the net proceeds will fund general working capital and advance exploration activities at its Trinity Silver Project in Pershing County, Nevada.
All securities from the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period from issuance date under applicable securities laws. The offering requires acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Americore Resources is a mineral exploration company focused on its Trinity Silver Project in Nevada, described as a historically producing silver property.
