Cognyte Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: CGNT) announced a three-year subscription contract valued at over $20 million with an existing customer in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, according to a company statement.
The agreement expands the agency's use of Cognyte's AI-driven investigative analytics capabilities across additional operational areas. The customer transitioned from its previous arrangement to a subscription model to address growing data volumes and increasingly complex investigations.
The contract enables the agency to access Cognyte's analytics platform and receive continuous software enhancements. The solution operates in secure environments for law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
"This expansion reflects how customers evolve to broader, more integrated use of our solutions as their operational needs grow," said Efi Nuri, Chief Revenue Officer of Cognyte. "By expanding adoption across additional use cases and transitioning to a subscription model, they benefit from continuous delivery of innovation while strengthening their operational capabilities."
David Abadi, Chief Financial Officer of Cognyte, stated the agreement demonstrates demand strength across the company's existing customer base and reinforces the predictable nature of growth.
Cognyte develops software for investigative analytics used by law enforcement, national security and military intelligence agencies. The Herzliya, Israel-based company serves hundreds of customers worldwide with solutions that analyze multi-source data for investigations and operations.
