Deluxe partners with MRI Software for property management payments

Deluxe (NYSE: DLX) announced a strategic partnership with MRI Software to serve as the official processing partner for MRI's rent payment solution. The collaboration aims to enhance payment capabilities for property management companies through the integration of Deluxe's payment gateway with MRI RentPayment.

The integrated solution enables property managers to process both ACH and card transactions through a single API endpoint. The system supports complex funding scenarios, including the ability to route transactions across multiple bank accounts.

"By integrating the Deluxe Payments Platform with MRI's RentPayment software, we're helping property managers streamline rent collection while delivering more choice and convenience for tenants and residents," said Brian Mahony, President of Merchant Services at Deluxe.

The partnership offers property management organizations same-day or next-day payment processing, payment batching for fewer deposits, and enhanced reporting capabilities. The solution provides ACH reporting in hours instead of days and includes clearer statement details for simplified reconciliation.

MRI Software serves more than 45,000 clients across 170 countries in the real estate sector. Deluxe processes more than $2 trillion in annual payment volume and provides payment solutions to millions of small businesses and financial institutions.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the companies through lockbox services. The integrated platform supports enterprise property management firms managing payment flows across diverse portfolios through its product-agnostic design.
