Evercore ISI analyst David Palmer lowered the price target on Domino's Pizza (NASDAQ: DPZ) to $400.00 (from $510.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented, "We are lowering our 2026 and 2027 EPS by roughly 4% and 6%, respectively. With our lower estimates, our price target is $400 (down from $510), equal to ~19x 2027e EPS of $20.76 (+7% YoY; cons $21.5). This compares to our target 2027 P/E multiples of 19x, 24x, and 25x for QSR, MCD, and YUM, respectively. Our downside case DPZ stock price is $290 (13% downside) using ~15x 2026 EPS. This downside valuation is near the recent valuation lows of QSR."
