Trupanion Inc. (NASDAQ: TRUP) announced that board member Max Brodén will not seek re-election at the company's annual stockholders' meeting scheduled for June 10, 2026.
Brodén notified the pet insurance company on April 22, 2026, of his decision to step down for personal reasons. The company stated his departure was not due to any disagreement with Trupanion or its board of directors.
Brodén will continue serving as a director until the 2026 annual meeting, which is set for 9 a.m. Pacific Time. His departure will not affect the strategic partnership between Aflac and Trupanion, according to the company's statement.
The information was disclosed in a company statement issued Tuesday.
