VENU reports $255.9 million in sales from real estate programs

Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU) announced its Luxe FireSuite and Aikman Club ownership programs have generated $255.9 million in sales since launching, according to a company statement.

The entertainment venue operator reported a 550% increase in investor inquiries following a national advertising campaign that began April 15 across networks including Fox Business, Fox News, CNBC, and publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Barron's. The campaign features former NFL player Troy Aikman as spokesperson.

VENU launched a $300 million sale-leaseback portfolio structured as triple net lease real estate with an 11% cap rate, 2% annual escalations, and 15-year lease terms. The program offers guaranteed buyout options at years 5, 10, and 15.

The portfolio includes properties under development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; El Paso, Texas; McKinney, Texas; and Houston, Texas. The company's current real estate portfolio received an independent appraisal of $1.24 billion on an as-completed basis.

"Breaking more than $255.9 million in sales is incredible, and the results since April 15 tell us the best is still ahead," said J.W. Roth, founder, chairman, and CEO of VENU.

VENU operates entertainment destinations including Ford Amphitheater, Sunset Amphitheaters, and Phil Long Music Hall across Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Texas. The company targets expansion to 40 locations nationwide with approximately $6 billion in venue development planned over 60 months.

The Colorado Springs-based company owns, operates, and develops live entertainment destinations with partnerships including AEG Presents and Aramark Sports + Entertainment.
