Stifel analyst Tore Svanberg raised the price target on NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ: NXPI) to $250.00 (from $215.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst commented, "Expect slightly higher 1Q26 results relative to our $3.15bn revenue estimate (-5.5% q/q), contemplating recent peer performance and signals of broad-based recovery. • We believe NXPI is set up nicely to raise 2Q26E estimates relative to our current revenue estimate of $3.31bn (+5.0% q/q). TXN’s beat and raise yesterday evening validates our view that the analog market is clearly swinging into its next upcycle, which should provide broad-based support to current estimates across our coverage universe, with NXPI being no exception. That said, while Automotive was a strong contributor in the prior analog upcycle, our view on the end market remains mixed. With NXPI’s Auto exposure at 56% as of 4Q25A, we maintain our Hold rating on balance. Raising 12-month Target Price to $250 (16.5x CY27E P/E), primarily to account for our expectations for an improving analog environment."
